Restore a previous version of content

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

While using the content editor, any changes made will be saved as versions of unpublished pages, blog posts, knowledge base articles, and more. Once published, new edits won't be stored in the version history until they are published. Changes to emails are saved every five minutes.

If you need to restore a deleted page, blog post, or email, contact Customer Support. Restored content will appear as a draft and must be reviewed and published again.

Permissions required Edit and Publish permission is required to restore previous versions of content in its relevant tool.
