Review and log out of user sessions

Last updated: February 20, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

A new user session is created each time you log into HubSpot from a different device, browser, or application. Use session management to track where your user account is active and log out of devices remotely to protect your account security. For example, if you lose a device, you can log out of that session from another device to prevent unauthorized access.

You can only view and log out of your own user sessions.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.

  2. In the left sidebar menu, click General.
  3. At the top, click the Security tab.
  4. In the Session Management table, review your active session details:
    • Device: the device type and operating system used when you logged in.
    • Browser: the web browser or application used to access your account.
    • IP Address: the network address from which you are connected.
    • Last Active: the date and time of your most recent account activity or login.
  5. To log out of an individual session, hover over the session and click Log out. You cannot log out of your current session with this method.
  6. In the dialog box, click Yes, log out
  7. To log out of all sessions, including your current session, click Log Out of All Sessions.
  8. In the dialog box, click Yes, log me out.

Once you’ve logged out of a session, you’ll need to log in to your account the next time you use that device, browser, or application.
