Use the Leads tab to manage lead generation ads

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

The Leads tab in the ads tool displays all incoming leads from your lead generation ads and their sync status. From the tab, you can view which leads synced to HubSpot, identify sync errors by type, and update field mappings across your connected forms.

For example, if you're running Facebook Lead Ads to collect demo requests, you can check the Leads tab to confirm each submission synced and review any field mapping mismatches that prevented a lead from syncing.

Please note: if you're a Super Admin, you can opt your account into the Leads Tab in Ads beta.

Before you get started

Access the leads tab

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
  2. Click the Leads tab.

To filter leads, click the Networks, Subscriptions, Contacts, or Forms dropdown menus at the top of the table.

Review and resolve issues

If any of your forms or leads have sync errors, they appear in the Needs attention section at the top of the Leads tab. Issues are grouped by type:

  • Account issues: a connected ad network account lost its connection.
  • Form issues: a form exceeded its lead limit or has a configuration error.
  • Field issues: a field mapping has a mismatch or type conflict.
  • Lead issues: individual leads failed to sync to HubSpot.

Click Review next to each issue to resolve it yourself. If the issue requires support, you'll see a note directing you to HubSpot support. Learn more about syncing from your lead ad forms to HubSpot.

Manage lead sync settings

Lead sync settings control which ad accounts and pages are connected for lead syncing and which forms are actively syncing to HubSpot. You can access these settings directly from the Leads tab.

  1. On the Leads tab, click Lead sync settings in the top right.
  2. In the Lead syncing tab, review your connected pages and ad accounts.
    • To connect a new subscription, click Connect in the upper right.
    • To manage synced forms for a connected page, click the page name, then select a form in the right panel.

Please note:  changes to lead sync settings apply to future leads only. Disconnecting a page will stop new leads from syncing, but won't remove leads that have already synced to HubSpot. To learn more, see sync leads from your lead ad forms to HubSpot and configure sync timeframe and property mappings for your lead ads.
