Connect and set up your ad accounts in HubSpot

When setting up the ads tool for the first time, you can connect your ad accounts, set up your lead sync, and install any pixels from the ad networks.
Before you get started
Before connecting your ad accounts, please note the requirements for each of the following ad networks. If you've previously connected an ad account, you can use the following to connect another ad accounts as well:
Connect and set up your ad accounts
If this is your first time setting up your ads tool, you can connect your ad accounts from the ads tool or your ads settings:
- Navigate to your ad settings:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
- Navigate to your ads tool:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
- Click Get started with Ads.
- Select Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google.
- If you have an existing ad account, click Sign into [ad network]. Or, click Create a [ad network] ad account.
- After connecting your ad account, click to expand the Connected ad accounts section to review your connected accounts.
- To connect another account, select another ad network. Then, click Sign into [ad network]. Or, click Create a [ad network] ad account.
- After connecting your ad accounts, in the bottom left, click Next: Sync Leads.
- Any existing lead ad campaigns for the connected ad accounts will automatically appear, select the checkbox next to the pages or accounts that you'd like to sync. Learn more about syncing leads.
- In the bottom right, click Next: Add Pixels.
- Click the Pixels from your connected ad accounts dropdown menu, any pixels for the connected ad accounts will automatically appear. Then, select the checkbox next to the pixels that you'd like to sync.
- In the bottom right, click Go to ads.
Necessary disclosure:
- Your use of the LinkedIn Ads integration is subject to LinkedIn's terms and conditions. HubSpot will be able to view and manage your account, as well as store your LinkedIn Ads account number. When you authorize the integration, HubSpot receives a user token with permissions on the connected ad accounts and pages. HubSpot can view but does not store all the ad accounts and pages you have permissions for. LinkedIn will share settings details (e.g., name, budget, bid strategy, creative) and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, etc.) for all ad campaign groups, campaigns, and ads in the ad accounts you connected.
- Your use of the Google Ads integration is subject to the Google Ads Terms and Conditions. HubSpot will be able to view and manage your account, and will store your Google Ads account number. When you authorize the integration, HubSpot receives a user token with permissions on the connected ad accounts. HubSpot can view but does not store all the ad accounts you have permission for. Google will share settings details (e.g., name, budget, bid strategy, creative) and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, etc.) for all campaigns, ad groups, and ads in the ad accounts you connected.
- If you share data from your HubSpot account with Facebook as part of the HubSpot Ads integration, Facebook's Self-serve Ad Terms will apply. When you authorize the integration, HubSpot receives a user token with permissions on the connected ad accounts and pages. HubSpot can view but does not store all the ad accounts and pages you have permission for. Facebook will share settings details (e.g., name, budget, bid strategy, creative) and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, etc.) for all ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads in the ad accounts you connected.
