Review Breeze usage and adoption in the dashboard

Use the Breeze dashboard to review how your team uses Breeze features across your HubSpot account. View reports on agent and assistant adoption, understand usage trends, and discover recommendations for additional Breeze features based on your account activity.

Review the Breeze dashboard

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Overview.
2. Click the Dashboard tab.
3. Review the available reports in each section.
4. To learn more about a report, click the info info icon next to its name.

Usage

The Usage section displays overall usage and adoption metrics for the last 30 days, including the number of agents and assistants in use, the number created, and the estimated time saved across your team.

Drive growth through better retention

The Drive growth through better retention section displays recommended agents and assistants based on your account usage.

Analyze

The Analyze section displays reports across the Agents, Breeze Features, and Assistants tabs.

• Click a tab to view the relevant reports.
• On the Agents tab, review the following reports:
  • Runs per agent: shows how often each agent runs each month. Use this report to understand adoption trends.
  • Agent runs per user: shows how each user engages with different agents. Use this report to identify power users.
  • Top agent runs: shows the total runs for each agent. Use this report to identify the most-used agents.
  • Agent user retention: shows how user engagement changes over time after the first agent run. Use this report to understand user retention over time.
• On the Breeze Features tab, review the following reports:
  • Usage per feature: shows how often each feature (e.g., Blog generation) is used each month. Use this report to understand feature adoption trends.
  • Top feature usage: shows the total usage for each feature. Use this report to identify the most-used features.
• On the Assistants tab, review the following reports:
  • Chat sessions per assistant: shows how often each assistant is used each month. Use this report to understand adoption trends.
  • Assistant runs per user: shows how each user engages with different assistants. Use this report to identify power users.
  • Top assistant chats: shows the total chats for each assistant. Use this report to identify the most-used assistants.
  • Assistant user retention: shows how user engagement changes over time after the first interaction. Use this report to understand user retention over time.
