First and foremost, we review all practicums by hand and that process takes up to five business days. If it's been more than five business days, you should check your email spam folders of the email address you used to submit your certification.
If it's been greater than five business days since a HubSpot Marketing Software Practicum was submitted, and you have checked your spam folder for a confirmation email, you can check your certification status in your HubSpot account. To do so:
- Log into your HubSpot account.
- Click on the graduation cap in the top right, then select Certifications.
- Click View Certification next to the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
- Review the status, which is indicated by the color of the box at the top of the page:
- Green - passed
- Blue - not yet passed; under review
- Yellow - expiring within the next two months
