All practicums are reviewed by hand, and this process can take up to 5 business days. If it's been more than 5 business days since your practicum was submitted, check your email spam folders of the email address you used to submit your certification to see if HubSpot has sent your graded results.
If it's been more than five business days since a certification practicum was submitted, and you have checked your spam folder for a confirmation email but don't see an email from HubSpot, you can check your certification status in your HubSpot account. To do so:
- Click the graduation cap in the top right-hand corner of your account.
- Select Learning Center.
- Locate and hover over the certification and click More info.
- Review the certification status indicated in the Certification description on the left.
If you are unable to determine your status, you can contact HubSpot Support, who can check in with HubSpot's certification graders and provide you with an update.
