Some practical exercises are graded automatically based on actions taken in your HubSpot account, while others are reviewed by hand, which can take up to five to seven business days.
If it's been more than seven business days since a certification practical exercise was submitted, you can check the status in your HubSpot account. To do so:
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Learning Center.
- Locate and hover over the certification and click Resume track.
- Click on the lesson containing your practical exercise in the left sidebar to see the status.
If you are unable to determine your status, you can contact HubSpot Support, who can check in with HubSpot's certification graders and provide you with an update.
