How can I update the credentials for my Salesforce sandbox environment in HubSpot?

If you've updated your credentials for your Salesforce sandbox environment, please follow the directions detailed below to update your credentials in HubSpot.

  • Navigate to your Account Menu > Integrations.
  • Once on the Integrations screen, click on Settings under Salesforce.

  • In the Salesforce Credentials section, click Update credentials. Make sure the Connect a sandbox Salesforce instance box is checked.

  • You'll be taken to Salesforce's login page. Enter your Salesforce credentials and click Log In
  • On the next page, click Allow to give HubSpot access to your Salesforce account.
