If you've updated your credentials for your Salesforce sandbox environment, please follow the directions detailed below to update your credentials in HubSpot.
- Navigate to your Account Menu > Integrations.
- Once on the Integrations screen, click on Settings under Salesforce.
- In the Salesforce Credentials section, click Update credentials. Make sure the Connect a sandbox Salesforce instance box is checked.
- You'll be taken to Salesforce's login page. Enter your Salesforce credentials and click Log In.
- On the next page, click Allow to give HubSpot access to your Salesforce account.
