Generate campaign insights using AI

Use the Campaign summary section to review key data, spot top-performing assets, and more. Then, use Copilot to review additional details with an in-depth summary or ask additional questions about the summary. You can also generate a summary of your campaign activity history.

Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Review your AI-generated campaign summary

From the campaign details page, review an AI-generated campaign summary to get an overview of your campaign's performance. 

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
2. Click the campaign you want to view insights for.
3. At the top, click the Performance tab, In the Campaign summary section, you can review an AI-generated summary of the campaign.
4. To regenerate your campaign summary, in the top left, click the regenerate icon. 
5. To ask additional questions about the campaign, click Ask a question. In the Copilot panel, enter your question and click the send icon. 
6. To copy the summary, click the clipboard icon. 
7. To provide feedback about a summary or Copilot response:
   • If an answer was what you expected, click the thumbs up icon.
   • If an answer wasn’t what you expected or the thumbs down icon
8. To close the summary on your performance page, click Close.
   • Moving forward, the Campaign Summary section will remain closed for all campaigns. 
   • To display the AI-generated campaign summary after closing the section, you'll need to click Summarize again. 
     
     

Summarize your campaign using Copilot

In addition to the automatically generated summary, you can also manually generate the same campaign summary using Copilot. 

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
2. Click the campaign you want to view insights for.
3. In the top right, click Actions and select summarize. In the Copilot panel, you can review an in-depth summary of the campaign.

4. Click to expand the Campaign overview or Key metrics sections for more information. 
5. To copy the summary, click the clipboard icon. 
6. To provide feedback about a summary or Copilot response:
   • If an answer was what you expected, click the thumbs up icon.
   • If an answer wasn’t what you expected or the thumbs down icon
7. For more information about a campaign, enter a prompt or question and click the send icon.
