Last updated: September 25, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Use campaign agent to plan, execute, and measure the performance of your campaigns within marketing studio.

When using campaign agent, context such as the campaign goal, target audience, brief, historical campaign performance, industry benchmarks, brand identity, and CRM data, will be used to plan a campaign and create campaign assets.

After creating your campaign, you can use campaign agent to further update and refine your campaign and develop your strategy iteratively.

Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.

Before you get started

Before you begin working with campaign agent, review these requirements and considerations.

  • You must be opted in to the Marketing Studio beta to use campaign agent in Marketing Studio.
  • A Super Admin must toggle on the following switches in your account's AI Settings:
    • Give users access to generative AI tools and features
    • Files data
    • Give users access to Breeze Assistant

What campaign agent does

Campaign agent uses your account data, brand voice settings, AI context, and context from your campaign brief to design your overall campaign. For example, instead of using AI to create individual assets such as an automated marketing email, you can design a campaign where a blog post drives traffic to a landing page, which captures leads, which triggers a nurture sequence.

Use campaign agent for tasks such as elaborating on your goals, audience, or even just a rough campaign idea. You can also use prompts to create campaign asset drafts such as forms, landing pages, marketing emails, and more.

Campaign agent in Breeze Assistant will ask follow-up questions if it needs more context. The campaign and associated assets will not be automatically published, and you can review and edit the drafts before they go live.

In addition to campaign assets, create campaign automations with campaign assistant. Alternatively, campaign assistant can also recommend existing automations and workflows based on your campaign setup.
