Manage the context used by Breeze, HubSpot's AI, by reviewing and updating your context. Context includes key information about your business, customers, and processes, and is used by assistants and agents to generate responses.
By keeping your context up to date, you ensure AI features use accurate and relevant information across your HubSpot account.
Before you get started
Before you manage Breeze context, review the requirements and considerations.
Understand limitations & considerations
- Changes to context may affect Breeze responses across multiple tools.
- Some details within your context can't be changed manually. For example, Customer sentiment on the Business tab, the NPS score is derived from customer feedback and sentiment analysis across various channels.
- Some context requires you to update your details in the respective settings. For example, to update your brand kit, you'll be directed to Marketing > Brand.
Understand the difference between context and knowledge vaults
Breeze context is managed using both context and knowledge vaults, but they serve different purposes.
-
Context: default context about your business that is automatically applied across AI features,
-
Knowledge vaults: additional context that you manually add and assign to specific assistants or agents. Learn more about managing Breeze context with knowledge vaults.
Use context to define foundational information, and knowledge vaults to provide more specific or use-case-driven context.
