Manage AI settings

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
HubSpot’s AI settings give you control over how generative AI is used across your account. Configure access to AI features, manage which data sources are used, and ensure AI-generated content is tailored to your organization.
Please note: please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Super Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Permissions required Super Admin permissions are required to manage AI settings.
Manage AI features settings
To use generative AI features in your HubSpot tools, turn on your AI settings in the Access tab. Turn off generative AI features and data access in your HubSpot account at any time by setting the corresponding toggles to Off.
If you've previously configured your AI settings, the options turned on will generally depend on the following:
- Content Prompts corresponds to Give users access to generative AI tools and features.
- Customer analysis corresponds to Customer conversation data.
- Files corresponds to Files data.
- Breeze Assistant remains the same.
To manage AI features settings:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, in the Account management section, navigate to AI.
- On the Access tab of AI settings, configure the settings below.
Manage generative AI tools and features settings
To give the users access to generative AI features, such as generating text and media content using prompts, toggle the Give users access to generative AI tools and features switch on.
Toggle the Give users access to generative AI tools and features switch on. By default, this setting is toggled on.- This setting must be turned on to use any generative AI features, including Breeze Assistant.

To help AI generate outputs that reflect your business, you can also turn on additional data access:
- CRM data: allows AI access to metadata and user-generated content such as CRM records and default properties. By default, this setting will be toggled on.
- Customer conversation data: allows AI to summarize and respond to customer conversations such as call transcripts, emails, and more. By default, this setting will be toggled on.
- Files data: allows AI to use file data from public files or files stored in your HubSpot account's files tool. By default, this setting will be toggled off.
Manage Breeze Assistant settings
To let the users in your account access Breeze Assistant, toggle the Give users access to Breeze Assistant switch on.
- Toggle the Give users access to Breeze Assistant switch on. By default, this setting will be toggled on.
- To personalize Breeze Assistant, it's recommended to turn the Give users access to generative AI tools and features switch on, and additional data access such as CRM data, Customer conversation data, and Files data.
Manage AI data sources
Configure AI data sources to ensure that the content generated aligns with your company. The AI data sources will be used for Breeze Assistant responses and when generating content with other assistants and agents.
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, in the Account management section, navigate to AI.
- Navigate to the Data sources tab.
Manage brand kit settings
Update brand kit settings to ensure your company's branding and brand voice are used when generating content. For example, if you're generating a landing page with Breeze, Breeze will use these settings to generate the design and content.
- From your AI settings, navigate to the Brand Kits tab.
- Click Edit.
- Continue editing your company’s logo, favicon, and brand colors.
Manage company profile settings
Update your company name, domain, and industry settings to ensure your company information appears correct on invoices (including invoices created by subscriptions) and quotes you send to your customers.
- From your AI settings, navigate to the Company Profile tab.
- Click Edit.
- Continue editing your company profile settings.
Manage ideal customer profile settings
Update ideal customer profile (ICP) settings to ensure assistants and agents use this context to generate relevant outputs that consider your target market at a company level.
- From your AI settings, navigate to the Ideal Customer Profile tab.
- Click Create new ICP.
- Enter a name for the ICP.
- Add details that define your ideal customer, such as job titles, industries, company size, and location.
- Add any additional context that helps describe your target companies.
- To remove a value, click the x next to the value.
- Click Save.
Manage products and services settings
Update products and services settings to ensure multiple tools across HubSpot, including sequences and Breeze, use this context.
- From your AI settings, navigate to the Products and Services tab.
- Enter your organization’s value proposition.
- Describe the key pain points your products or services address.
- To add individual products and services, click Add a product or service.
- In the right panel, enter the Product name, Product Description.
- Click Add product.
Manage user profile settings
Update user profile settings to ensure Breeze uses this context to generate personalized content for different users within a HubSpot account.- From your AI settings, navigate to the User Profile tab.
- Click Edit.
- Update your personal account preferences and profile details.
- Click Save.
Manage buyer profile settings
Update buyer profile settings to ensure assistants and agents use this context to generate relevant outputs that consider the specific people you want to target and their pain points.
- From your AI settings, navigate to the Buyer Profile tab.
- Click Create Buyer Profile.
- Enter a name for the buyer profile.
- Select a Profile Type, then add details that describe the buyer, such as role, responsibilities, challenges, and buying context.
- Click Create.
Manage selling profile settings
Update selling profile settings to ensure the prospecting agent uses this information to generate targeted and relevant outreach emails.- From your AI settings, navigate to the Selling Profile tab.
- Click Create Selling Profile.
- Enter information for your selling profile including name, description, and tone. Learn more about setting up your selling profile.
- Click Create.
