Block form submissions from specific email domains or free email providers

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Block form submissions from email addresses that use free email providers or specific email domains. For example, blocking free providers like Gmail or Yahoo limits submissions to business contacts, while blocking specific domains reduces spam and unwanted submissions.

When a visitor enters a blocked email domain, they'll be prompted to enter a different email address before submitting the form. Configure blocked email domains on individual forms, or use an account-level setting to apply them across all your forms.
