View the cart object

The cart object stores information about e-commerce purchases in HubSpot. For example, this includes abandoned carts from Shopify and other e-commerce apps like NetSuite or WooCommerce.

View and edit the cart record

To view your cart records:

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
  2. On the upper-left, click ContactsCarts.
  3. On the record index page, locate the record you want to work with and click the name

The cart record is like other object records in HubSpot. You can interact with the record, view activities on the record timeline, and associate other objects like contacts, companies, and orders with it. You can also:

Create a segment of cart records 

You can also create a segment of cart records. To do so:

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Segments.
  2. Click Create segment
  3. Click Other objects and select Carts. Then click Next
  4. At the top of the page, enter a name for the segment.
  5. Click Add filter and select any Cart properties. You can also filter on any associated objects. 
  6. In the top right, click Review and save
