When sending a marketing email, you can choose what levels of engagement to target with the recipients. Sending marketing emails to more engaged contacts results in higher open and click rates and a better sender reputation.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Click the name of a drafted email, or click Create email.
- In the email editor, click the Send to tab.
- In the Optimize open rate section, select an engagement level:
- Least engaged: tend not to open your marketing emails.
- Moderately engaged: occasionally open or click on a marketing email.
- Highly engaged: frequently open emails and engage with your content.
- Finish setting up your email.
