Marketing Hub Enterprise
When sending a marketing email, you can choose what levels of engagement to target with the recipients. Sending marketing emails to more engaged contacts results in higher open and click rates and a better sender reputation.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Click the name of a drafted email, or click Create email.
- In the email editor, click the send icon in the left sidebar.
- Click the Send to dropdown menu and select the checkbox next to each contact or segment you want to receive the email.
- In the left sidebar editor, select an goal in the Optimize open rate section:
- Maximize reach: the email will be sent to all selected contacts.
- Improve open rate: the contacts who have interacted with your emails the least will be excluded from this send.
- Prioritize open rate: only contacts who are highly engaged will be sent this email.
- Finish setting up your email.
