Log out of the app and log back in
- Open the HubSpot app on your device.
- In the bottom right, tap Settings.
- Tap Logout. In the dialog box, tap OK.
- Enter your login credentials, then tap Log in.
Download the latest version of the app
Uninstall and reinstall the app
- iOS: Uninstall the HubSpot app, then reinstall it.
- Android: Uninstall the HubSpot app, then reinstall it.
Restart/turn your device off and on
Restarting your device, or turning it off and on, may help to resolve your issue.
