- Be enrolled in the Flexible CRM Views beta.
- Be enrolled in the Map visualization for CRM Index pages beta.

Please note: after enrollment in the beta, it may take some time for the geographic data to populate.
Use the map view
The HubSpot default properties City, State/Region, Country/Region, and Postal code set the location for a record. A record must have appropriate values for those properties to display on the map.
To use the map view:
- Navigate to contacts or companies:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- Click the view type button, then select Map view.
- To navigate the map:
- Click and drag the map to change the displayed location.
- Hover your mouse on a region, then scroll vertically on your mouse or trackpad to zoom in or out on a point centered on your cursor.
- Click Search this area to load results within your current viewpoint. This adds the latitude and longitude coordinates of the area to Advanced Filters. Click Clear to return to your previous filters.
- Click the locationIcon filter location icon to search and navigate to a specific region (e.g., Florida).
- In the lower right of the map, click Keyboard shortcuts to review and navigate the map with your keyboard.
- If desired, click Save to save your filters and current viewport on the map.

- Click a number on the map to view the records at that location.
Please note: the map view displays up to 500 records for a specific area. It's recommended to use filters to narrow the field of view.
- To filter records by address:
- Click the All [records] button and select [records] with addresses to only display records that contain Latitude and Longitude values. This applies a filter in addition to any custom filters you've applied.
- Click the All [records] button and select [records] without addresses to only display records that don't contain Latitude and Longitude values. This applies a filter in addition to any custom filters you've applied.
- Click a record to view it in a new tab. You can also navigate to a record by clicking it in the left sidebar.
- Click the sidebarExpandIcon sidebar expand icon to open or close the left sidebar list of records.
