Check the progress of a user's certification

You can check the progress of HubSpot certifications for yourself and other users in your HubSpot account. You can view data about which certifications your team is working, view data about each of your team members and their progress, and view data about assigned playlists.

View certification data

To review information organized by certification:

1. In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click HubSpot Academy.
2. Click My Team to view a list of the users in your account and their certifications.
3. In the Certifications section, review the following: 
   • Summary table of certifications that are active, expiring soon (within 90 days), expired, or in progress. 
   • Chart containing all active certifications by topic.
   • List of the top certifications. 
     
     
4. To view a complete list of certifications for users in your account, click Show all certifications.
   • To filter certifications, use the dropdown menus above the table or search by the name of a certification. 
   • To export certification data, click the Actions dropdown and select Export all certification data.
   • To view which team members are working on specific certifications, click the number in the team members column. 

View user data

To review information organized by user:

1. In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click HubSpot Academy.
2. Click My Team to view a list of the users in your account and their certifications.
3. In the Team members section, review the following:
   • A list of users who most recently completed certifications
   • A list of users who have upcoming certification expirations.

4. To view a complete list of users in your account who are working on certifications, click Show all team members.

• • To filter team members, use the dropdown menus above the table or search by the name of a team member. 
  • To export certification data, click the Actions dropdown and select Export all certification data.
  • To view which certifications specific team members are working on, click the number in the team members column. Then you can click Active, Expired, or In Progress to further filter.

View playlist data

To review information about playlists:

1. In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click HubSpot Academy.
2. Click My Team to view a list of the users in your account and their certifications.
3. In the Team's Assigned Playlists section, review the following:
   
   • A list of most recently completed playlists.
   • A list of incomplete playlists due soon.

4. To view a complete list of assigned playlists, click View all assigned playlists. To filter playlists, use the dropdown menus above the table, search by the name of a playlist, or click the All playlists, Completed, or Incomplete filters.
