Bulk publish, update, or unpublish pages

Publish, update, or unpublish multiple website pages and landing pages from the content dashboard. Schedule these actions for a specific date and time to coordinate content releases or page removals. 

Before you get started

Before you publish, update, or unpublish multiple pages, review these requirements and considerations.

• Pages in multi-language groups can't be managed in bulk.
• If the selected pages include A/B tests or adaptive tests, all variations will be published or updated together.
• Draft and published pages can be managed together.

Publish or update multiple pages

1. Navigate to your content:
   • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Website Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Website Pages directly.
   • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Landing Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages directly.
2. Select the checkbox next to each page you want to publish or update. 
3. At the top of the table, click the More dropdown menu and select Publishing options. 
4. In the dialog box, select one of the following:
   • Publish/Update: publish draft pages and update published pages immediately.
   • Schedule publish/update: publish draft pages and update published pages at a specific date and time. If you select this option, click the date picker and select a date, then click the time dropdown menu and select a time.
5. Review the publishing details, including: 
   • The number of draft pages that will be published.
   • The number of published pages that will be updated.
   • The Access Control status for the selected pages.
   • The number of pages with A/B tests or adaptive tests.
6. When finished, click Publish/Update or Schedule publish/update.

Unpublish multiple pages

1. Navigate to your content:
   • Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Website Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Website Pages directly.
   • Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Landing Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages directly.
2. Select the checkbox next to each page you want to unpublish.
3. At the top of the table, click the More dropdown menu and select Unpublishing options. 
4. In the dialog box, select one of the following:
   • Unpublish: unpublish the selected pages immediately.
   • Schedule unpublish: unpublish the selected pages at a selected date and time. If you select this option, click the date picker and select a date, then click the time dropdown menu and select a time.
     • Click the dropdown menu, and select an existing page to redirect visitors. 
     • To redirect visitors to an external URL, click the dropdown menu and select Enter an external URL. Then, enter the external URL. 
5. Review the total number of pages that will be unpublished.
6. When finished, click Unpublish or Schedule unpublish.
