On the content dashboard, you can publish, unpublish, or schedule pages in bulk. Drafted and already published pages can be managed together.
Please note: pages in a multi-language group cannot be managed in bulk.
Bulk publish or update pages
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
- Select the checkbox next to each page you want to publish or update.
- At the top of the table, click Publishing options.
- In the dialog box, select Publish/update. The following information will be displayed:
- Number of published pages: these pages will be updated to reflect the most current version of the page in the content editor.
- Number of draft pages: these pages will be published for the first time.
- Number of pages with A/B or adaptive tests: all variations of these pages will be published or updated.
- Click Publish/update.
Bulk schedule pages to publish or update
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
- Select the checkbox next to each page you want to publish or update.
- At the top of the table, click Publishing options.
- In the dialog box, select Schedule publish/update.
- Click the date picker and select a date, then click the time dropdown menu and select a time.
- The following information will be displayed:
- Number of published pages: these pages will be updated to reflect the most current version of the page in the content editor on the selected date and time.
- Number of draft pages: these pages will be published for the first time on the selected date and time.
- Number of pages with A/B or adaptive tests: all variations of these pages will be published or updated on the selected date and time.
- Click Schedule publish/update.
Bulk unpublish pages
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
- Select the checkbox next to each page you want to unpublish.
- At the top of the table, click Unpublishing options.
- In the dialog box, select Unpublish. The total number of pages to be unpublished will be displayed. If draft pages have been selected, they will count toward this total.
- Click Unpublish.
Bulk schedule pages to unpublish
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
- Select the checkbox next to each page you want to schedule for unpublishing.
- At the top of the table, click Unpublishing options.
- In the dialog box, select Schedule unpublish.
- Click the date picker and select a date, then click the time dropdown menu and select a time.
- Click the When pages are unpublished, redirect visitors to dropdown menu and select a page. To use an external page, click the dropdown menu and select Enter an external URL. In the dialog box, enter a URL, then click Redirect.
- The total number of pages to be unpublished on the selected date and time will be displayed. If draft pages have been selected, they will count toward this total.
- Click Schedule unpublish.
