Use campaigns with workflows

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Create campaign-based workflows to automate based on campaign-level data such as budget, revenue, and more. You can also set influenced contact event enrollment triggers to enroll a campaign's influenced contacts and automate your campaign processes.

Example use-cases

The following examples outline the different ways you can use campaigns with workflows:

Create campaign-based workflows

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  2. In the top right, click Create workflow and select From scratch.
  3. In the left panel, click Trigger manually
  4. Under Choose a type of record that can enroll, select Campaign
  5. Continue setting up your workflow.

 

Enroll influenced contacts in workflows

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  2. In the top right, click Create workflow and select From scratch.
  3. In the left panel, search for and select Campaign Influence.
     

  1. To add additional criteria to refine by specific campaigns or assets, within the trigger group, click + Add Criteria. Then, set up your additional criteria
  2. At the top, click Next
  3. Continue setting up your event enrollment criteria.
