You can add HubSpot widgets to your mobile home and lock screens. Widgets make it easier for you to access HubSpot features from your mobile device without navigating to the HubSpot app. You can add calling widgets to your home screen on iOs and Android devices and add the HubSpot app to your lock screen on an iOs device.
Add a widget to your home screen
There are two calling widgets you can add to your mobile home screen:
- Recently called contacts: view a list of your recently called contacts so you can quickly call them again.
- Call tasks: view a list of your upcoming tasks that are calls so you can call them and complete your tasks from your home screen.
Once you add a widget, you can make calls directly from the widget.
iOs
- From the Home screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle.
- Tap Edit in the top left.
- Tap Add Widget.
- Enter HubSpot in the search bar and select HubSpot.
- Swipe to view each widget.
- Click + Add widget under the widget you want to add.
- Tap Done in the top right.

Android
- From the Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
- Tap Widgets.
- Find the HubSpot app.
- To check the list of available widgets for Hubspot, tap the HubSpot app.
- Touch and hold the widget. You’ll get images of your Home screens.
- Slide the widget to where you want it. Lift your finger.

Add the HubSpot widget to your lock screen (iOs only)
If you're using an iOs device, you can add the HubSpot app to your lock screen.

Press the side button on your device twice to go to the Lock screen.
- Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize and + appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Customize, then tap Lock Screen.
- Tap + ADD WIDGETS.
- Scroll to locate the Hubspot icon. Tap the HubSpot icon.
- Tap X, then tap Done in the top right.
