Troubleshoot individual campaign influenced contacts
When reviewing your individual campaign performance, if the expected number of influenced contacts does not correspond with the number of interactions in your asset list, it may be due to contact interaction occuring before the asset was associated with the campaign.
Influences contacts in a campaign will only appear if the interaction happens after the asset is associated with the campaign. Influences contacts will not be associated with the asset retroactively.
If you would like to include contacts that were influenced before the asset was associated with the campaign, create a segment and associate this segment with the campaign. This will attribute these contacts to the campaign from the list association.
