Resend marketing emails

A batch marketing email can be sent to additional contacts and lists after the original send.
Please note: this feature isn't available for emails saved for automation, A/B test emails, emails with the Send based on contacts' time zone checkbox selected, or emails that were canceled before they finished sending.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- On the left panel, click the Sent folder.
- Click the name of the email you want to send to more contacts.
- Click the Actions dropdown menu and select Send to more.

- Click the Send to dropdown menu and select the checkbox next to the name of a list or individual contact to add them as recipients. HubSpot will not deliver the email to any recipients of the original email.
- Click the Don't send to dropdown menu and select the checkbox next to the name of a list or individual contact to exclude from the send.
- Click Send.
Please note:
- Your email won't be delivered to any contacts who previously received the original email.
- If you added any exclusion lists in the original email, they will not be considered when resending the email, so if you want to exclude sending to the same lists, you'll need to reselect them. Any individually selected contacts who you excluded when you previously sent the email will be excluded automatically.
- You can only use the Send to more feature up to 100 times for a single email.
