1. Navigate to Lists
From your HubSpot Dashboard, navigate to Contacts > Lists.
2. Choose your list
From your Lists Dashboard, find the list you'd like to export and click on its name. This will take you into the list and its actions.
3. Export your listFrom the right hand side of the page, click on Export.
4. Choose properties to include in export
Next, choose the properties that you want to include in your exported list. You have the option to incorporate all of the properties onto your list by checking the box next to Include all properties. When you are done, click Continue.
Note: if you don't choose to include all properties, the export will contain all the properties that are visible on your list dashboard at the time of export.
From this step, you can choose in which format you'd like to receive your export (CSV, XLSX, XLS) and which email address should receive the exported list. Click Export and send email.
A window will pop up saying that your exported file is being prepared and will appear in your Notification Center as well as emailed to you. You can always change your primary email address by clicking on the Manage your email settings link. Click Close to exit the window.
5. Check your email
The email should arrive in your inbox shortly. Once you have received it, click it to open it. If you do not receive the email, check out this article to help troubleshoot the issue.
6. Download your list
In the email, select the Download my data link to download your list.
Click on the list to download from your internet browser.
7. View the list
Open the file in the program that you use for spreadsheets. In this example, Microsoft Excel is used.
