HubSpot's contacts tool makes it easy to export an active or static list of your contacts and their associated companies. Exporting lists can be helpful if you need to access and manage a list outside of HubSpot. For example, you can export a list if you want to send a spreadsheet to someone else in your organization, or if you need to view contacts outside of HubSpot, such for an event.

Navigate to your list

In your HubSpot Marketing Hub Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Contacts > ListsIn your lists dashboard, locate and hover over the list you'd like to export, then click the More dropdown menu and select Export.

Select your export properties

Select any properties you want to include in your export using the corresponding checkboxes. You can click Select all properties at the top to include everything. In the select properties column on the right, you can click the X to remove any properties you wish to exclude. After you've made your selections, click Next.

Enter your export details

Enter the Email you want to receive the list export at, and select a File format using the dropdown menu. Then, click Export.

Download your list

In the email, click Download to download your list export file. You can open this file from your downloads folder on your computer.
