When you create a new HubSpot account using your Apple ID, you can log in to HubSpot with Apple ID rather than a password. You can also log in using Touch ID, Face ID, or your Apple device passcode. If you have an existing HubSpot account, you can log in to the HubSpot mobile app using your Apple ID if your HubSpot user email address matches your Apple ID email address.
Enter your HubSpot user email address, then click Reset your password. If you hid your email address during account creation, enter the email generated for you by Apple. A password reset email will then be sent to your inbox.
In your email inbox, locate the password reset email, then click Reset Your Password.
On the password reset screen, enter a new password, then click Save.
With a password set, you can now log in to your HubSpot account outside of the HubSpot mobile app.
