When you create a new HubSpot account using your Apple ID, you can log in to HubSpot with Apple ID rather than a password. You can also log in using Touch ID, Face ID, or your Apple device passcode. If you have an existing HubSpot account, you can log in to the HubSpot mobile app using your Apple ID if your HubSpot user email address matches your Apple ID email address.

If you don’t have Apple ID set up on your device, or if you've forgotten your Apple ID password, check out Apple's Apple ID support page.

Before you get started

To log in to the HubSpot mobile app with your Apple ID, the following is required:

  • iOS 14 or later.
  • An Apple ID that uses two-factor authentication.
  • You must also be signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID on the device you're using to log in to HubSpot.

Create a new account using Apple ID

To create a new HubSpot account using your Apple ID:

  • On your device, open the HubSpot mobile app.
  • Tap Sign up.
  • Tap Sign up with Apple.
  • Set your name and email.
    • To use your Apple ID email address as your HubSpot user email address, select Share my email.
    • To use an email address generated by Apple, select Hide my email.
  • Tap Continue.
  • Enter your details, then tap Create.

You will now be able to sign in to the HubSpot mobile app using Apple ID. You can also sign in to the HubSpot mobile app using Apple ID on your other Apple devices.

If you want to sign in to your HubSpot account in your browser, you will need to set a password for your HubSpot user:

  • Navigate to www.hubspot.com.
  • In the upper right, click Log in.
  • On the login screen, click Forgot my password.
  • Enter your HubSpot user email address, then click Reset your password. If you hid your email address during account creation, enter the email generated for you by Apple. A password reset email will then be sent to your inbox.
  • In your email inbox, locate the password reset email, then click Reset Your Password.
  • On the password reset screen, enter a new password, then click Save.

With a password set, you can now log in to your HubSpot account outside of the HubSpot mobile app.

Log in to an existing account using Apple ID

To log in to an existing account using Apple ID, your HubSpot user email address and Apple ID email address need to match.

To check if your email address match between HubSpot and Apple ID:

  • Log in to HubSpot
  • In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Profile & Preferences.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Security.
  • In the Email section, view your email address.
  • On your iOS device, navigate to Settings.
  • In settings, tap Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & Apple store.
  • Tap Name, Phone numbers, Email.
  • If you hid your email address when creating your account, tap Password & Security, then select Apple ID Logins and locate HubSpot.

If your email addresses match:

  • On your device, open the HubSpot mobile app.
  • On the sign in screen, tap Sign in with Apple.

If your HubSpot user email address and Apple ID email address do not match, you'll need to change your HubSpot user email address to match your Apple ID address.
