Create partner demo data

As a HubSpot Partner, HubSpot demo accounts help you to showcase HubSpot's capabilities. Partners in the Elite, Diamond, and Platinum partner tiers have access to additional demo accounts and can generate demo data for those accounts focusing on specific industries. 

Understand limitations and considerations

• Once you've generated demo data for your account, it can only be removed manually. If you generate demo data for a different industry in the same demo account, both sets of data will be present until deleted. 
• All partners have access to a single demo account. Only partners in the Elite, Diamond, and Platinum tiers have access to additional demo accounts and can generate data for those accounts: 
  • Partners in the Platinum tier have access to one additional account. 
  • Partners in the Diamond tier have access to two additional demo accounts.
  • Partners in the Elite tier have access to three additional demo accounts.
• Only Super Admins can generate data, but all users in your partner account can access or rename demo accounts. Learn more about switching between HubSpot accounts and renaming HubSpot accounts. 

Add data to a demo account

1. In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Partner > Dashboard. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Partner > Dashboard directly.
2. Click the Resources tab.
3. On the card for an existing demo account, click Add data. 

4. Click the Industry dropdown menu and select an industry. The data generated will resemble data from an account in that industry. 
5. By default, all potential datasets are selected. Clear the checkbox next to each dataset you don't want to include in the account. 
6. In the Hubs and tiers to demo section, click the dropdown menu next to each hub and select the product tier you will be showcasing. If you aren't sure which tier to select, Enterprise is recommended. 
7. Click Generate data. 

Data can take up to 45 minutes to generate in your demo account.
