Why don't I see the HubSpot Solutions Partner Certification in my learning center?
The HubSpot Solutions Partner Certification is only available to partner Self-Purchase Portals with at least one account user who has already passed the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification exam and practicum.
The user who passes the Solutions Partner Certification exam for their company does not have to be the same user who passed the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
Why can't I access the partner project templates?
If you encounter an error when copying partner campaign kits or projects to your portal, ensure that you have marketing access and partner employee user permissions.
