Use sequences in the HubSpot mobile app

You can enroll, unenroll, and pause sequences via your mobile device. This can be useful if you're on the go and meeting prospects. If you're using a computer or laptop, learn how to enroll and unenroll contacts from sequences or pause and resume sequences on your desktop. 

To enroll individual contacts from their contact records:

  • Open the HubSpot app on your iOS or Android device.
  • Tap Menu, then tap the contacts contacts icon in the left sidebar.
  • Tap the contact name you want to enroll in a sequence.
  • Tap the More icon. Then, tap Sequences and select sequence you want to enroll the contact in.

Please note: if the contact is already enrolled in a sequence, when you tap the Sequences, you can unenroll the contact from the sequence they are enrolled in or pause the sequence.


  • Once you review the preview of the sequence, tap Enroll.


You can also enroll a contact in a sequence from an associated company or deal record. To do this, from the company or deal record, tap the Sequences icon, select the contact name, and then select the sequence you want to enroll the contact in.
