If you used HubSpot's AI assistant to help you draft your SMS messages, you can filter which messages were generated or co-created with AI on the SMS home page.
AI filter definitions
When drafting an SMS message, you can use HubSpot's AI assistant to generate content for your message.
There are two filters available to help you review which messages were created using one of HubSpot's AI assistant tools:
- Generated by AI: content in your message was fully generated by AI without any further edits made by a user in your account.
- Co-created by AI: content in your message was initially generated by AI but was later edited by a user in your account.
Include AI filters on your SMS home page
To include one of the AI-related filters on your SMS home page:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > SMS.
- In the top right of the SMS messages table, click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit columns.
- On the left, select the checkboxes next to the Generated by AI or Co-created by AI to have the properties appear in the table.
- On the right, use the drag handle to drag and drop properties to reorder the columns. You can also click the x next to a property to remove it.
- Click Apply.
Create a custom view to filter SMS messages created using AI
By default, an AI view is available at the top of the table of your SMS messages. Click the AI viewtab to view messages that've been generated or co-created using AI.
You can also create a custom view that includes one of the AI-related filters:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > SMS.
- In the top right, click Add view, then click Create new view.
- In the dialog box, enter a name for your new view, then specify whether the view should be private or shared with others in your account. Click Save.
- After you've created the view, click Advanced filters above the table.
- In the right panel, click Add filter, then select AI generated or co-created.
- Finish configuring your filter, then click Apply filter.
