If you used Breeze Assistant to help you draft your SMS messages, you can filter which messages were generated or co-created with AI on the SMS home page.
Understand AI filters
When drafting an SMS message, you can use Breeze Assistant to generate content for your message.
There are two filters available to help you review which messages were created using Breeze Assistant:
- Generated by AI: content in your message was fully generated by AI without any further edits made by a user in your account.
- Co-created by AI: content in your message was initially generated by AI but was later edited by a user in your account. This filter includes:
- Messages cloned from a message where content was generated with AI.
- Messages where content was generated, then later deleted.
Add filters to the SMS index page
You can add columns for messages created with the help of AI to the SMS index page.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > SMS.
- In the top right, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Edit columns.
- In the dialog box, select the Co-created with AI and Generated by AI checkboxes.
- In the Selected Columns section, click and drag each property into its final position.
- Click Apply.
