Use the social calendar to plan, review, and manage your social publishing schedule in one place. The calendar view displays posts that are published or scheduled through HubSpot only. This feature can help you maintain consistent posting across social networks and identify any gaps in your content plan.
While on the go, you can also review your social calendar in the HubSpot mobile app.
Review and manage social posts on the calendar view
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
- On the Manage tab, in the upper left, click Calendar. The social calendar will display all published and scheduled social posts in a calendar view.
- To filter the posts displayed in the calendar, at the top, use the following filters:
- Accounts: filter by the account the social post is published to, such as Facebook.
- Campaign: filter by the campaign associated with the social post.
- User: filter by the user that created the social post.
- Posts: filter by the post type. You can select from link posts, image posts, or video posts.
- Publishing status: filter by the social posts' publishing status, such as Published, Scheduled, or Draft.
- To view the calendar in a different time frame, in the top right, click Month, Week, Day, or Today.
-
To change the date for a scheduled social post, drag and drop the post to another date in the calendar. The date for the scheduled post will be updated automatically.

-
To view more details about a social post, click the post in the calendar. The dialog box will display the post content, publish or scheduled date, and associated campaign.
- To edit the post, click Edit post. You'll be directed to the social composer where you can continue editing your post.
- To clone the post, click Clone. The cloned post will appear in the social composer.
- To delete a post, click Delete. Then, in the dialog box, click Delete post.
