Review and manage your social posts in the HubSpot mobile app

After creating and publishing your social posts, use HubSpot's mobile app to review your published, scheduled, and drafted social posts. On the mobile app, you can also use the social calendar to review your publishing schedule. 

Manage and review your social posts 

When reviewing your social posts, you can delete scheduled or drafted social posts. However, it is not possible to delete published social posts from the HubSpot mobile app, published social posts must be deleted on a desktop or directly from their respective platforms.

To manage and review your social posts: 

  • Open the HubSpot app on your device.
  • In the bottom, tap Menu.
  • In the Marketing section, tap Social.
  • At the top of the page, tap Published, Scheduled, or Draft

  • To filter the posts by social account:
    • In the top left, tap Account.
    • In the Select Accounts dialog box, select the checkboxes next to the social accounts to filter by. 
    • In the top right, click Done. Only posts from the selected accounts will display. 
  • To filter posts by campaign: 
    • In the top left, tap All campaigns.
    • In the Select Campaign dialog box, tap the name of the campaign to filter by. Only posts from the selected campaign will display. 
    • To remove any campaign filters:
      • In the top left, tap the name of the campaign. 
      • In the Select Campaign dialog box, tap Clear
  • To edit a social post: 
    • Tap on the post that you want to edit.
    • In the top right, tap the menu icon.
    • Tap Edit.
  • To delete a scheduled or drafted social post: 
    • Tap on the Scheduled or Draft tab.
    • Tap on the post that you want to delete.
    • In the top right, tap the menu icon.
    • Tap Delete.

Clone a social post

If you have an Android device, you can clone a social post:

  • Open the HubSpot app on your device.
  • At the bottom, tap Menu.
  • In the Marketing section, tap Social.
  • Tap a social post.
  • In the top right, tap the menu icon.
  • Tap Clone.

Use the social calendar 

Use the social calendar to review and manage your social publishing schedule. All scheduled and published posts will appear on the social calendar, including externally published posts. If you're using a computer or laptop, learn how to use the social calendar on desktop.

To use the social calendar in the HubSpot mobile app:

  • Open the HubSpot app on your device.
  • In the bottom, tap Menu.
  • In the Marketing section, tap Social post.
  • In the top right, click the calendar icon
     

 

  • To review the social posts for another date, at the top, tap the date. Dates with scheduled or published social posts will be tagged. 
  • To review additional details about each social post for each day, tap the social post name

Please note: draft posts will not be included in the social calendar
