Social post didn't publish at the scheduled time

If your social posts aren't publishing at scheduled times, but are publishing within 10 minutes before or after the time, it's likely that your publishing schedule is set to Publish like a human.

Please note: to manage the Publish like a human setting, you must have All accessible accounts or Their connected accounts social permissions, or be a Super Admin

To check your social publishing settings:
  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  • At the top, click the Publishing tab.
  • In the Publish like a human section, check if the switch is toggled on or off.
