Use pre-recorded voicemail drops with the power dialer

To help save time when you're using the power dialer, you can record and drop voicemails when you're making outbound calls. This can be helpful for sales reps who make calls and leave identical voicemails with contacts.

Record a voicemail drop message

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General, then click the Calling tab.
3. Click Edit audio messages.
4.  On the Add an audio message tab, enter the message name.
5. Click the Choose type of message dropdown menu, and select Voicemeail drop.
6. Click Upload file to upload a .mp3 or .wav audio file that's less than five megabytes.
7. Click Save.

Please note: text-to-speech is not supported for voicemail drops

Use voicemail drops in the power dialer

1. Start a power dialer session.
2. Click the Set voicemail preferences dropdown menu, and select Voicemail drop.
3. Click the Select voicemail drop messages dropdown menu, and select the desired audio.
4. Click Start session.

During your session, when you are sent to voicemail, your pre-recorded voicemail will automatically drop and the next call will begin.
