Create email-based workflows to trigger automations based on one-to-one sales email triggers. For example, you may want to trigger a notification if your email has been opened a certain number of times.
Please note: the information in this article is confidential and intended for participants in the Email workflows beta only. Please do not publicly share any information outlined here.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
- In the upper right, click Create workflow > From scratch.
- In the left panel, click Skip trigger and choose eligible records at the bottom.
- Search for and select Email.
- In the top right, click Save and continue.
- Continue setting up your workflow.
