View changes to your workflow

On a workflow's Changes tab, you can view a revision history of the workflow. This includes what changes were made to the workflow over time and the user who made each change.
If you would like to view your workflow's Enrollment history and Action logs instead, learn more about the workflow details page.
To view a workflow's change history:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
- Click the name of a workflow you'd like to review.
- Click the Changes tab to display the workflow change history.
- By default, all changes will be listed chronologically, with the most recent change at the top. To filter events, in the upper left, click the dropdown menus:
- Date Range: filter by the time period when the change was made.
- Event: filter by the specific type of change, such as changed enrollment triggers or changed timing settings.
- User: filter by the user who made the change.
- To see what the workflow looked like at a specific revision, hover over the revision, then click View revision.
- On the workflow revision screen, view your selected version of the workflow. Do note that the workflow cannot be edited from the workflow revision screen.
- In the Actions tab, view the workflow's enrollment conditions and actions. You can click the enrollment triggers and action boxes to view additional details.
- In the Settings tab, view the workflow's settings at the time of the revision.
