View changes to your workflow

On a workflow's Changes tab, you can view a revision history of the workflow. This includes what changes were made to the workflow over time and the user who made each change.

To view a workflow's change history:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  • Click the name of a workflow you'd like to review.
  • Click the Changes tab to display the workflow change history.
  • By default, all changes will be listed chronologically, with the most recent change at the top. To filter events, in the upper left, click the dropdown menus:
    • Date Range: filter by the time period when the change was made.  
    • Event: filter by the specific type of change, such as changed enrollment triggers or changed timing settings.
    • User: filter by the user who made the change. 
  • To see what the workflow looked like at a specific revision, hover over the revision, then click View revision.  

  • On the workflow revision screen, view your selected version of the workflow. Do note that the workflow cannot be edited from the workflow revision screen.
    • In the Actions tab, view the workflow's enrollment conditions and actions. You can click the enrollment triggers and action boxes to view additional details.
    • In the Settings tab, view the workflow's settings at the time of the revision.
