Send approval reminders

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

After sending an approval request, send reminder notification and email to approvers of your content including: blog comments, blog pages, landing pages, website pages, social media posts, and marketing emails. This is helpful if an manager or director hasn't approved content yet and the deadline is approaching.

Content

Subscription required  The following subscriptions are required to send approval reminders for content:

  • Content Hub Enterprise is required for blog posts and pages.
  • Marketing Hub Enterprise is required for marketing email and social media posts.
  • Service Hub Enterprise is required for knowledge base articles.

After sending an approval request for content, send a reminder notification and email to the approver.

  1. Navigate to your content:

  2. Click on the name of your content.
  3. In the content editor, click View approval in the top right.
  4. In the Approvals panel, next to the approvers name, click the notificationIcon notification icon.
  5. In the pop-up box, click Send notification.


Deals

Subscription required A Sales Hub Enterprise subscription is required to send approval reminders for deals.

After sending an approval request for deals, send a reminder notification and email to the approver.

  1. { local.navDeals }}

  2. In the board view, click Details. Alternatively, users with Super Admin permissions can customize records to include Pipeline Approvals. so approvals can be viewed from the deal record.
  3. In the Collaboration Panel, next to the approvers name, click the notificationIcon notification icon.
  4. In the pop-up box, click Send notification.

Quotes

Subscription required A Commerce Hub Professional or  Enterprise subscription is required to send approval reminders for quotes.

Seats required A Commerce Hub seat is required to send approval reminders for quotes.

After sending an approval request for quotes, send a reminder notification and email to the approver. Approval reminders aren't available for legacy quotes approvals.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Commerce > Quotes.
  2. Click the name of the quote.
  3. In the Approvals Panel, next to the approvers name, click the notificationIcon notification icon.
  4. In the pop-up box, click Send notification.
