Install agents from the Agent Marketplace

HubSpot Credits required

HubSpot pre-built agents are available in the Agent Marketplace and can be customized in the agent builder. These agents provide a starting point for common use cases, reducing the need to build agents from scratch.

After installing an agent, update its instructions, context, and configuration to align with your business needs. This allows agents to perform tasks using your preferred workflows, messaging, and data.

Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.

Please note: on July 23, 2026 the following agents were sunset. If you've previously installed these agents, they will remain in your account. However, these agents can not be installed going forward.

Before you get started

Before you begin creating and customizing agents in the agent builder, review the requirements and considerations.

A Super Admin must toggle the following switches on in AI Settings:
- Give users access to generative AI tools and features
- CRM data
- Customer conversion data
- Files data
- Give users access to Breeze Assistant

Permissions required Super Admin or Agent Builder permission is required to create and customize agents in the agent builder.

Permissions required Users may require additional permissions depending on the agent's goal. For example, an agent that generates a landing page requires Edit and Publish permission to edit and publish landing pages.

Install an agent

Please note: Agent Marketplace only lists HubSpot’s pre-built agents. Custom agents created in Agent Builder are not eligible for listing on the Agent Marketplace.

In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Agents > Agent Marketplace. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Agents > Agent Marketplace directly.
At the bottom of the page, click Explore all.
Click an agent card (e.g., Company research agent).
On the listing page, review the agent information:
- Built by: creator of the agent.
- Overview: summary of the capabilities of the agent. Click See more to view the entire summary.
- Features: explanation of individual features available in the agent.
- Agent functionality: which tools the agent uses by default.
- Pricing: explanation of credit usage. Learn more about HubSpot Credits and billing.
- More info: additional information about the agent, including links to contact the agent's creator for support.
- Feedback: users can provide feedback on the agent to help improve it's performance and capabilities.
Click Add.
