The order which the options for dropdown, radio, and checkbox properties appear on your form depends on the order they appear in the property itself.
- Navigate to your contact properties:
- In your HubSpot Marketing Hub Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Contacts > Contacts Settings.
- In your HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub Starter account, click Settings in the main navigation menu, then click Properties in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the name of the property to edit it or hover over the property and click Edit.
- Scroll to the Checkbox options section.
- Click the dotted lines to the left of your property options, then drag and drop the options to reorder them.
- Click Save.
- When you're done reordering your property options, remove and re-add the property on your form to ensure that the changes are reflected on the live form.
