When attempting to install HubSpot Sales, you may encounter an "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor" error message.
To resolve this error:
- Uninstall the HubSpot Sales plugin following the instructions here.
- Open the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and end the SidekickTrayWPF.exe process.
- Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features and click to uninstall the Sidekick For Windows application.
- Go to https://dl.getsidekick.com/trayapp/setup.exe, download the tray app, and run the file to reinstall.
