Add an RSS feed to a page or post template

Add a feed of your HubSpot-hosted or external blog posts to your website with the RSS Listing module. Use this module on a page or post template in the layout editor within the design manager.
Before you get started
Before you add an RSS feed to a page or post template, review the following requirements and considerations.
Permissions required Design tools permission is required to add the RSS Listing module to a page or post template in the design manager.
Understand limitations & considerations
- The RSS Listing module can be added to pages or posts that are using a drag and drop template in the design manager.
- If you're using a template that includes editable drag and drop areas, the RSS Listing module may be available in the content editor. Learn more about adding modules in the content editor.

External RSS feeds don't display featured images in the RSS Listing module.
- Changes made to a template affect all pages or posts using that template.
Add an RSS Listing module to a template
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Design Manager.
- In the finder, click the name of the template.
- In the inspector, click + Add on the top right.
- In the Search field, enter the text 'rss listing'. Drag the RSS Listing module to your template in the layout editor, then drop it into position.
- In the layout editor, click the module to open it in the inspector and then navigate to the Default Content section on the right.
- In the RSS module header field, enter the text that'll appear above the RSS feed.
- In the Add an RSS Feed section, select an option:
- Use an external RSS feed: enter the feed URL in the RSS URL field.
- Use a HubSpot-hosted blog: click the Blog dropdown menu and select a blog. To only show posts using a specific blog tag, click the Filter by tag dropdown menu and select a tag.
- To change the number of posts displayed, click the Maximum number of posts to display field and enter a number. By default, the RSS Listing module will display five posts.
- To configure the feeds author name, summary, and publish date options, select the relevant checkboxes (e.g., Show author name). Clear the checkboxes to hide the options from the RSS feed.
- Click Publish changes to take your changes live.
