Request a carbon emissions report
To get data on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions based on your use of HubSpot, you can email sustainability@hubspot.com. The team will provide a HubSpot-specific usage-based calculation. It categorizes emissions based on how you use your HubSpot account and your proportional share of HubSpot’s overall carbon footprint.
HubSpot has developed the calculation tool with support and second-party review from Anthesis LLC. The tool is designed to quantify greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated by our customers through the use of HubSpot. The customer emissions allocation methodology was developed in alignment with industry best practices that include the following standards and criteria:
- GHG Protocol - A Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard
- Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting and Reporting Standard
- Technical Guidance for Calculating Scope 3 Emissions
The results from the calculation can help you:
- Improve the accuracy of your Scope 3 Purchased Goods & Services reporting.
- Replace generic estimates with HubSpot-specific emissions data.
- Align with regulatory expectations and supplier-specific disclosures.
- Understand the downstream emissions linked to your use of HubSpot.
HubSpot is actively improving the energy efficiency of the infrastructure by:
- Optimizing server usage.
- Reducing storage emissions.
