HubSpot's default marketing event properties

Marketing event properties store information about your marketing events. HubSpot creates default properties in each account to store key information about the marketing event.

Some default properties cannot be edited. Instead of editing a default property, you can create custom marketing event properties.

To view your marketing event properties:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Properties.
3. Click the Select an object dropdown menu and select Marketing event properties. 

Property definitions

• AppId: the appId associated with the marketing event.
• Attendees: the number of people who attended the marketing event. 
• Cancellations: the number of cancellations for the marketing event.
• Created by user ID: the user that created the marketing event. 
• Description: the description of the marketing event.
• End date: the end date and time of the marketing event. 
• Event cancelled: shows if the marketing event has been canceled.
• Last import status: stores the last import status associated with the marketing event. 
• Name: the name of the event. 
• No shows: the number of people who registered for the event but didn't attend or canceled.
• Object create date/time: the date and time at which the marketing event was created.
• Object last modified date/time: most recent timestamp of any property update for the event. 
• Organizer: the marketing event organizer.
• Owner: the HubSpot user who owns the marketing event.
• Record ID: the unique ID for the event.
• Record source: shows how the marketing event record was created.
• Record source detail 1: shows the first level of detail on how the marketing event was created.
• Record source detail 2: shows the second level of detail on how the marketing event was created.
• Record source detail 3: shows the third level of detail on how this record was created.
• Registrations: the current number of registrations for the marketing event.
• Start date: the start date and time of the marketing event. 
• Type: the type of marketing event. 
• Updated by user ID: the user that last updated the marketing event. 
• Url: the url of the marketing event.
