Reply to Solutions Directory reviews

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

If you're a member of HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program or an inbound certified agency that has created a profile on HubSpot's Solutions Directory, customers can leave reviews on your profile. Good reviews build trust, while bad reviews offer an opportunity for you to showcase how you respond to critical feedback.

Understand limitations and considerations

  • Review replies may take a few minutes to appear on the Solutions Directory. 
  • Review replies cannot be edited after they've been submitted. 

Reply to reviews

  1. In your HubSpot partner account, navigate to Partner > Directory Profile.
  2. In the Reviews section, click Reply under a review.
  3. In the dialog box, enter a reply in the Reply field.
  4. Click Send
