Bulk remove record associations

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Remove associations between records directly from an index page. Filter by association type (i.e., a specific object) or association label. Review up to 100 records and their association at a time. This allows you to bulk remove record associations without using a workflow or API.

You must be a user enrolled in the Bulk association editor beta to use the tool below. If you're a Super Admin, learn more about opting your account into a beta.

Bulk remove associations between records

  1. Navigate to your records:

    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Tickets.
  2. In the upper left of the table, select the checkbox to review associations for all displayed records.
  3. Click Review Associations. If the button is not visible, click More then select Review Associations.
  4. In the dialog box:
    • Click the Association type dropdown menu to filter by a specific object.
    • Click the Association label dropdown menu to filter by a specific label.
    • Click Expand all rows to review all associations listed.
    • Select the checkboxes next to the records for which you want to remove the associations.
    • Click Dissociate.
    • In the pop-up box, enter the number of associations to remove and click Confirm.
