In the Breeze mobile app, you can ask Breeze Assistant to generate a report based on specific criteria and specifications. After it displays the chart, you can follow up by requesting tweaks to the filters or visualization style.
- Install the Breeze mobile app.
- Once installed, open the Breeze mobile app.
- Enter a prompt. For example, type: "Make a report showing me my contacts broken down by lifecycle stage, filtered to those created this year."
- Click the send button.
- Your request will begin to process.
- Once processed, a chart will appear on your screen with a brief summary of the visualization and filters that were applied.
- If necessary, customize the visualization and filters further, or ask for more insights into your report. Examples include:
- Visualization: Type a prompt such as: "Make this a horizontal bar chart."
- Filters: Type a prompt such as: "Show me contacts from the last 90 days."
- Insights: Type a prompt such as: "Give me insights into the average number of contacts per lifecycle stage."
- To save this report information to your account, you must transfer the settings and filters used in this report, and recreate it in your HubSpot account. Learn how to create reports using AI in your HubSpot account.
