Install and use the Breeze Assistant mobile app

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
You can use the Breeze Assistant app to access Breeze Assistant on iOS and Android. For example, you could use the app to get directions to a meeting on your mobile device, then prepare for that meeting with a summary of relevant records and activities in HubSpot.
Before you get started
Before you begin working with this feature, make sure to fully understand what steps should be taken ahead of time, as well as the limitations of the feature and potential considerations of using it.
Understand requirements
- Your device's operating system must meet the following requirements to install the Breeze Assistant mobile app:
- iOS: running iOS 18 or later.
- iPadOS: running iPadOS 18 or later.
- Android: running Android 10 or later.
- It's recommended to keep the Breeze Assistant mobile app updated to ensure the best performance. Learn more about updating apps on iOS and Android.
Understand limitations & considerations
- The Breeze Assistant mobile app isn't supported on jailbroken or rooted devices.
Install the Breeze Assistant mobile app
As long as your device meets the operating system requirements listed above, you can install the Breeze Assistant mobile app directly from the App Store or Google Play Store. Follow the steps outlined below or use this QR code:

Install the Breeze Assistant mobile app on iOS
- Open the App Store on your device and search for "breeze assistant" or go directly to the Breeze Assistant app page.
- Tap Get to download and install the app.
- Tap Open or open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- Enter your HubSpot credentials and tap Log In. If you're a user with multiple HubSpot accounts, you'll be prompted to select which account you want to access. The Breeze Assistant app is now connected to your HubSpot account.
Install the Breeze Assistant mobile app on Android
- Open the Google Play Store on your device and search for "breeze assistant," or go directly to the Breeze Assistant app page.
- Tap Install to download and install the app.
- Tap Open or open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- Enter your HubSpot credentials and tap Log in. If you're a user with multiple HubSpot accounts, you'll be prompted to select which account you want to access. The Breeze Assistant app is now connected to your HubSpot account.
Use the Breeze Assistant mobile app
In the Breeze Assistant app, you can continue desktop conversations with Breeze Assistant or start new ones, prepare for meetings, open temporary chats, and search apps connected with Dashworks.
Prepare for meetings
Once you've connected your calendar to HubSpot, you can use Breeze Assistant to summarize meeting information, get directions, or join the meeting directly from your device.
>Breeze Assistant will use the contacts, companies, deals, and tickets associated to meetings that are synced to HubSpot. It'll also use activities like emails, calls, and notes to generate a summary of the meeting.
For meetings not synced to HubSpot, Breeze Assistant will use the content of the meeting information on your calendar to create a summary.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- To open one of your upcoming meetings, tap the meeting or Prepare.
- To open a different meeting:
- Tap View all in the top right.
- On the calendar, tap the meeting date.
- Tap the meeting.
- Breeze Assistant will generate a meeting summary. To get more information, tap the chat field at the bottom of the screen, then enter a prompt.
- To start your meeting, tap Call or Join [meetings app].
Upload files
You can add files, images, and documents to Breeze Assistant conversations from your device.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the addIcon add icon and select an option (e.g., Camera, Photos, Files, or HubSpot Files).
- Tap the chat box and enter a prompt. Then tap the breezeSendIcon send icon.

Manage memories
Breeze Assistant can remember important details about your preferences, goals, and tone of voice to give personalized responses. As you interact with Breeze Assistant, insights may be automatically captured (e.g., you prefer concise responses) or you can manually ask Breeze Assistant to remember specific preferences.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- On the top left corner of the screen, tap the menu icon.

- In the menu, tap the settingsIcon settings icon on the bottom left.
- In settings, tap Memories in the Account section.
- To view, edit, or delete a memory, tap a memory.
Use speech-to-text
With Speech-to-Text (STT), you can dictate messages to Breeze Assistant using your voice instead of typing. Whether you're walking, commuting, or prefer talking, you can use your device's microphone to talk to Breeze Assistant hands-free.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the microphone icon and begin speaking.

- When you've finished speaking, tap the checkmark icon.

Generate responses using apps connected with Dashworks
After you connect apps to your Dashworks account, you can use Breeze Assistant on your device to generate responses with data from those apps.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the Apps dropdown menu and select each app you want to include in your search.

- Tap the chat box and enter a prompt, then tap the breezeSendIcon send icon.
- To learn more about what information Breeze Assistant used:
- At the bottom of the generated text, tap [#] sources.
- Tap the name of a source to open that source in its connected app.
Create a temporary chat
You can open a temporary chat in Breeze Assistant to ask questions that won't be used in memories, chat history, or future user usage.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- In the top right corner, tap the temporary chat icon.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the chat box and enter a prompt. Then tap the breezeSendIcon send icon.

Access previous chats
In the Breeze Assistant app, you can access your previous chats with Breeze Assistant on mobile and desktop.
- Open the Breeze Assistant app on your device.
- In the top left corner, tap the menu icon and select a chat.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the chat box and enter a prompt to continue the conversation.
