Set up segment notifications

Set up segment notifications to understand critical segment changes in real-time. You can receive notifications when:
- A segment is edited or deleted.
- A segment size changes significantly.
- A segment reaches a specific size.
To set up segment notifications:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Segments.
- Click the name of a segment.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- To receive notifications, click to toggle the switches on:
- When this segment is edited or deleted: receive notifications when the segment is edited or deleted.
- When the size of this segment changes irregularly: receive notifications when your segment size changes in an unexpected way. This setting uses HubSpot AI.
- When this segment reaches a specific size: receive notifications when a segment reaches a specific size. This number can be either higher or lower than the current segment size. Enter the number of records that trigger the notification.
- In the Choose the users and teams who'll receive notifications section, select the users and teams to receive notifications.
- To send notifications to your user, click Add me to the segment.
- Click Save.
