Review and manage your scheduled sequence emails

After creating sequences and enrolling contacts, you can review your daily send limit and your scheduled emails. Keeping tabs on your daily send limit helps you manage your sequence enrollments more effectively.

View your daily send limit
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sequences.
- At the top, click the Scheduled tab.
- In the Email limit and usage report, you can review:
- Your daily send limit, displaying the percentage of the daily limit that has been used, the total number of sends, and the number of sends remaining.
- The number of sequence emails sent today and scheduled for upcoming days.
- To change which email address you'd like to monitor for usage, click the dropdown menu in the top right and select an email address.
Review scheduled emails
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Sequences.
- At the top, click the Scheduled tab.
- Below the Email limit and usage report, you can review your sequence emails that are scheduled to send.
- To edit a sequence enrollment, hover over the sequence and click Edit. Then, edit the sequence as needed and click Save changes at the bottom.
- To unenroll a contact from a sequence, hover over the sequence and click Unenroll. In the dialog box, click Yes, unenroll.
