Customize branding for your HubSpot content

If you have Edit account defaults permissions, you can customize the company logo, default colors, and company information that display on scheduling pages, sales documents, quotes, chatflows, and other HubSpot content.

HubSpot's default branding will appear on content created by free users.

Please note: changes you make to your branding settings will apply for all users who are creating scheduling pages, documents, quotes, and other content in your account. You can override the default chat widget color in your chat channel settings. You can also edit the company name for each individual bot, which will display as the chat heading for the bot.

Set your company name

Set the company name that appears as the chat heading for new bots that you create.

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, select Account defaults. In the Company information field, enter your Company name.

Customize your company logo and colors

Set the company logos and colors that can be used across your HubSpot content. 

Please note: if your content uses themes and you are using brand tokens, changes to your logo and colors will be inherited across your HubSpot content.

Set your company name

To set your company logo and colors:

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, select Account defaults.
  • Click the Branding tab.
  • In the Logos section, click + Add to add a company logo. HubSpot will resize uploaded images before applying them to your sales tools.
    • To set a logo as the default, hover over the logo, then click Actions, then select Make default. The default logo will display on scheduling pages, sales documents, and quotes.
    • To add more logos, click + Add

  • To set your brand colors, click the Colors tab.

    • Set your primary color by entering a hexadecimal value, or by clicking the color picker. The primary color will be used across scheduling pages, new quotes, and new conversations channels.
    • To add more colors, click + Add.
  • You can also import your brand colors from your website. This can be helpful if you don't know the hexadecimal values of your brand colors.
    • To import your brand colors from your website, click Import from external site.
    • In the Website URL field, enter your website URL and click Import.

    • Select the checkboxes next to the colors you want to import and click Import.

  • To save your changes, click Save.

With your brand colors set, you can access them from within content editors across HubSpot, such as the email, page, and blog post editors. When viewing the color picker, your brand colors will appear under Favorites.
