Manage multiple HubSpot accounts

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Manage access across multiple HubSpot accounts by checking which account you’re currently logged into, switching between accounts, and setting a default account. This is useful if you work in more than one HubSpot account and need to confirm your Hub ID, move between accounts quickly, or ensure you’re using the correct account with the right subscriptions.

Check your current account

If features, data, or tools are missing in HubSpot, you may be logged into the wrong account. Before troubleshooting, verify which HubSpot account you’re currently logged into:

  1. In the upper right, click your account name.
  2. In the dropdown menu, under Account, you can find the account name and unique Hub ID. 

While signed into HubSpot, your Hub ID also appears as the numeric account identifier in the URL. For for example, the URL may look like app.hubspot.com/contacts/{HubID}/...

Switch accounts

If you're a user that has access to multiple HubSpot accounts, switch between your HubSpot accounts after logging in.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the upper right.
  2. Under Account, hover over your account name and Hub ID to see a list of your recent accounts.
  3. In the dropdown menu, click the account name you want to switch to.

Manage accounts

View all accounts you have access to, pin frequently used accounts, and set a default account that opens automatically when you log in.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the upper right.
  2. Under Account, hover over your account name and Hub ID, and click All accounts.
  3. To pin a specific HubSpot account to the top, hover over the account and click Pin.
  4. To select which account will be the default account that'll be opened when you log in to HubSpot, hover over the account and select Set as default.
  5. To access a HubSpot account, click the account name.

Please note: if you are logged into a HubSpot account without a specific subscription, you will not have access to the functions until you switch to the correct HubSpot account with the subscription. View the Product column to understand which account you should switch to, to gain access to any functions you may be missing.


Switch accounts in the HubSpot mobile app

In the HubSpot mobile iOS and Android apps, switch between accounts from the settings menu.

  1. Open the HubSpot app on your device.
  2. In the top left, tap the listView menu icon.
  3. Tap your account name.
  4. Tap Account.
  5. Tap the account you'd like to switch to.
