Breeze Intelligence uses a credit-based system to enrich your contact and company data. Below, learn more about credit tiers, usage, management, and notifications to help you get the most out of your subscription. For a step-by-step guide, review the Breeze Intelligence getting started guide.

Credit tiers and pricing

Please note: Breeze Intelligence credits can only be used for Breeze Intelligence features.

Breeze Intelligence offers flexible credit tier packages, to suit businesses of all sizes. Choose from monthly plans, or a one-time credit pack for large-scale enrichment needs.

Credit usage

Understand how Breeze Intelligence credits are consumed to enrich your CRM records. Credits are used for enriching new data, updating existing records, and enabling advanced features like automatic enrichment.

How is usage calculated?

1 credit equals 1 record enrichment. Each enrichment will consume 1 credit.

Please note: there is a maximum consumption for a record of 1 credit per monthly usage period, even if multiple updates are performed on the same record.

Automatic enrichment 1 per enriched record Automatically enriches records added via any creation source.
Manual enrichment 1 per enriched record Triggered manually for records via list view or individual record.
Workflow action 1 per enriched record Enrichments actions can be triggered using a HubSpot workflow.
Form shortening 1 per enriched record HubSpot forms can be enriched. Consuming one credit per record (possibly 2 credits if both contact and company details are enriched during a form submission).
Continuous enrichment 0 Requires the 1,000 or 10,000 credit tier. Provides fresh record updates to previously enriched records without consuming additional credits.

Usage period and subscription details

Each Breeze Intelligence credit tier aligns your credits to a specific monthly usage period. Credits reset every 30 days.

Monthly allocation Credits reset every 30 days, aligned with the subscription start date.
Rollovers Credits do not roll over to the subscription period.
Upgrades Additional credits are available immediately with prorated charges.
Downgrades Take effect at the end of the current contractual commitment.
Long term contracts Allocations adapt to contract length and align with changes made mid-period.

Cancel or downgrade credits

You can only cancel or downgrade at the end of your contractual commitment term. For assistance, reach out to HubSpot Support.

Manage credits

Breeze Intelligence provides multiple ways to manage your credits, including manual purchases, automatic upgrades, and flexible plan adjustments.

Purchasing credits Purchase manually through your HubSpot account or with sales reps (one-Time SKU requires an active recurring credit subscription).
Automatic upgrades* Exceeding credits triggers automatic upgrades purchasing additional packs of credits within your current tier.
Additional purchases Upgrade plans mid-period to gain immediate access to more credits, with prorated charges applied.
Cancellations Only effective at the end of the current contractual commitment period.

* Automatic upgrade example: If your plan includes 300 credits per month (3 packs of 100 credits each) and you use 301 credits in a usage cycle, an extra 100-credit pack will be added to your subscription, increasing your monthly limit to 400 credits for the remainder of your contract.

Credit usage notifications

Real-time notifications for key usage thresholds are provided. Alerts help you proactively manage your account and avoid unexpected upgrades.

Tracking credit usage

Track your credit usage with intuitive tools and notifications. Breeze Intelligence ensures full visibility into your account, so you always know how credits are being used.

At-a-glance updates View current credit consumption via Account and Billing page.
Usage notifications Receive email and in-app alerts as thresholds (75%, 85%, 90%) are reached.
Pre-action summaries Pop-ups show estimated costs for bulk or single enrichments, along with remaining credits.
Enrichment settings View total usage and control enrichment settings via the enrichment settings page.

To navigate to the Credit usage table:

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, in the Data Management section, click Enrichment.
  • In the Settings tab, in the Credit usage section, you can review:
    • The total credits you have.
    • How many credits you have used.

Review your credit audit and period

The Credit usage table will display the following: 

  • Usage audit: the total number of credits you currently have and how many you have used in this usage period. 
  • Usage period: the usage period is aligned to your monthly subscription start date (e.g., August 1, 2024). 
  • Subscription start date: the first day of the next usage period (e.g., September 1, 2024). Credits reset every month on this day.

For example, your subscription start date is August 1st and you purchase one 1,000 Breeze Intelligence Credits. If you use 500 credits on August 15th, you'll have 500 credits remaining for the month of August. On the next subscription start date, September 1st, you'll have 1,000 credits regardless of how many credits you used in August. 

The subscription start date depends on your contract:

  • For monthly subscriptions, the update date will be the date of your renewal each month (e.g., if you purchased on April 15, your next renewal date is May 15).

  • For other subscriptions, you’ll have the ability to purchase an annual contract commitment length, or more if you work directly with your Customer Success Manager. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payment terms will be available.
